Internships

Lowry Blixseth periodically brings in law student interns and externs, providing them with hands-on experience in a busy law office. We enjoy mentoring interns on the practice of law and advocacy. Interns at Lowry Blixseth engage in meaningful work with appropriate review and feedback from our lawyers. Candidates for the Intellectual Property practice group must be patent bar eligible and preferably have a background in science or engineering.

We currently have an internship or externship available for a law student interested in gaining experience in patent and trademark prosecution and litigation, with the possibility of long-term employment with the firm. Interested candidates should have a background in Mechanical or Electrical engineering and should submit a one page resume, formal cover letter explaining your experience and interest in the position, undergraduate and law school transcripts along with a writing sample to Careers@LawLB.com.
